It outlines the activities that go into providing the service, and maps out the expected outputs, outcomes and longer-term impact for girls. Assumptions (in the second row) identify what must be true in order for one element to lead to the next — and provide insights about what could go wrong. Finally, social impact and business indicators are selected to monitor and manage performance against key outputs and/or outcomes.
